Host down

My hoster had a database crash and their last backup was from October! sighh. Now I'm restoring some posts with http://www.cached4you.com/. I'm going to insert the timestamps from the original posts.

BTW: Does anyone know a good reliable hoster? Maybe even a Java hoster?
