Last week my boss asked me and my colleagues to make a list of pros and cons why we work for our company. So while these lists grow from day to day with very important points, for me there are two fundamentals reasons why I love to work for my current company:
- I’m learning, on internal or external trainings and maybe during a small chat with a colleague or while pair programming. We emphasize a lot on continues education. Many of my colleagues are well known developers and consultants and with their respective specialization I am learning new things every week.
- Everyone is treated with respect. Whether its management or interns, everyone deals with each other in an honest and fair way. And since not everything runs as smooth as it could, we come together twice a year and discuss topics concerning our teamwork.
